You can use this meditation anytime you feel anxious, upset or emotionally triggered. You will receive even more if you do this daily for a period of time, so tune in and feel what’s right for you. I personally committed to near daily sessions for about a year. I still do sessions two to three times a week, sometimes more as needed.
You may be surprised to find that you are still holding onto old wounds that you no longer need to hold onto, which is why journaling is an integral part of releasing what comes up for you in your session. The point is not to stay stuck in the negativity you originally experienced, the pain that comes up now or the old pattern you created as a way to survive.
